Medical Packaging

Medical packaging is used as sterile product packages within disposable medical equipment.

It is produced between 5-9 layer and between 50-250 microns.

Production of special design films with high oxygen and humidity barrier based on the needs of the products, to be used in our production line for the packaging;

Standard Structures:

1) Symmetrical Structures

PE or PP based surface layer with corona / PA / EVOH / PA / PE or PP based functional adhesion layer

2) Asymmetrical Structures

PA / EVOH / PA / PE or PP based heat seal layer

• Additional properties to maintain in the functional layers ;
• UV barrier
• Antifoging
• Re-closable top lid in room and fridge condition
• Lockseal : Strong heat seal in wet and oily environments,
• Peelable : Peeling ability of the top lid which allows the packaging to be opened easily,
• 9 layer barriered bottom foils for thermoform,
• Single or laminated HD printing up to 10 color units,
• Multi-layer film laminations with PET, PVC Foils for thermoform are performed.
• 10 colours flexo print, partial matte lacquer, haptic lacquer are available for all the product types.

Complete packaging solutions are offered to our customers through the production of both top and bottom foils.
